Terms of Service
Welcome to Feelia ("we", "our", "us", "Service", or the "Platform"). By accessing or using our website (https://feelia.uk) or any of the services provided through it (the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms").
If you do not agree with these Terms, you will not be permitted to access or use the Feelia Platform or any Services offered on the Website.
Feelia reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated by posting the updated version on the Website together with the date of the latest revision. Continued use of the Website after any such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. What we provide
Feelia is a B2B intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available data about live streamers on Kick (and, in future, other public streaming platforms) for the purpose of helping iGaming affiliate teams discover potential content partners. The Service includes search, filters, sponsor analysis, audience-risk scoring, and contact discovery from public profile pages.
2. Eligibility & account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for the security of your password and for all activity under your account.
- One account per person. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
3. Subscription & payment
| Plan | Price | Billing period |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 50 streamer unlocks total, then paywall |
| Monthly | $40 | 30 days, prepaid |
| Yearly | $400 | 365 days, prepaid (≈ 2 months free) |
Payments are processed by CryptoCloud (cryptocloud.plus), a third-party crypto payment provider. We do not store your wallet address, private keys, or any payment-instrument data. Crypto transactions are technically irreversible once confirmed on-chain.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You may purchase a new subscription period at any time. When your active period ends, access reverts to the free tier (search and previews remain available; full streamer profiles require new unlocks).
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Scrape, mirror, or resell our data, in whole or in part.
- Use the Service to harass, dox, or harm any streamer or third party.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages ("spam") to contacts obtained via Feelia. You must comply with applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR ePrivacy, etc.) when reaching out to streamers.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or attempt to circumvent authentication, paywalls, or rate limits.
- Use the Service in jurisdictions where iGaming-affiliate activity is prohibited or restricted, where such restrictions apply to you.
5. Data sources & "as-is" basis
All streamer data shown in Feelia is gathered from public sources: the official Kick API, the public-facing channel pages on kick.com, and chat messages publicly posted by broadcasters and moderators in publicly-accessible chat rooms. We label every datum with its source and a "last verified" date.
We make no guarantee that any piece of data is current, accurate, or complete. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Streamer opt-out
Any streamer listed in Feelia can request removal of their contact information by submitting a request via feelia.uk/optout/<slug> or by emailing [email protected]. Opt-out takes effect immediately on receipt.
7. Intellectual property
Feelia's software, interface, and aggregated/derived data (scores, rankings, classifications, alerts) are our intellectual property. Public data points themselves belong to their respective sources.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms. Sections 4 (Acceptable use), 7 (IP), 8 (Liability), and 11 (Governing law) survive termination.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the dashboard and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Dispute resolution & applicable law
Good-faith resolution. The Parties shall make all reasonable and bona-fide efforts to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, or termination — through amicable negotiations conducted in good faith. Neither Party shall initiate formal legal proceedings unless such efforts have first been made and have failed to produce a mutually acceptable resolution within thirty (30) days of the first written notice of the dispute.
Applicable law. The interpretation, validity, and performance of these Terms shall be governed by the principles of international law, including generally recognized norms of electronic commerce and cross-border digital commerce. To the extent that the mandatory laws of a User's jurisdiction apply, such laws shall govern only insofar as they are not inconsistent with the intent and provisions of these Terms.
