This Privacy Policy explains how Feelia ("we", "our", "us", or the "Platform") collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with the use of our website (https://feelia.uk) and the related Services. Data Protection contact: [email protected].

2. Personal data we collect about streamers (third parties)
Feelia indexes public business contact information from streamers' own Kick profiles, panels, and publicly-broadcast chat messages by broadcasters and moderators. This includes Telegram handles, Discord invites, email addresses, Instagram / X / TikTok / YouTube / Facebook URLs that the streamer has voluntarily made publicly visible for the purpose of receiving sponsorship inquiries.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in providing a B2B intelligence service. We balance this against streamers' interests by labeling every data point with its public source and providing an immediate self-service opt-out.
Streamer opt-out: any streamer may instantly hide all their data via feelia.uk/optout/<slug> or by emailing [email protected]. We do not require proof of identity for opt-out — speed of removal is prioritized over verification.
3. How we use the data
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Process payments and provide receipts.
- Communicate with you about your account or important changes.
- Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax, lawful requests).
We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not use it for targeted advertising.

For transfers outside the UK / EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Cookies
We use a single essential cookie: feelia_session — an HttpOnly JWT used for authentication. It is required for the Service to function. No third-party tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels.
6. Retention
- Account data: kept while your account is active, then deleted within 6 months of closure (longer for payment records where accounting law requires).
- Payment audit logs: 7 years (legal obligation).
- Streamer public-contact data: refreshed every 30 days; removed on opt-out.
- Web server logs: 30 days.
7. Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access a copy of your personal data.
- Rectify inaccurate data.
- Erase your account and personal data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured machine-readable form.
- Withdraw consent for any processing based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (e.g. ICO in the UK).

8. Security
We use industry-standard protections including TLS in transit, argon2id password hashing, encrypted backups, principle-of-least-privilege server access, and DDoS protection via Cloudflare. No system is perfectly secure; notify us immediately if you suspect a breach affecting your account.
9. Children
Feelia is not intended for users under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes
We will notify you of material changes by email and on the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
