Refund Policy

TL;DR: Crypto payments are technically irreversible. We refund pro-rated when the Service was demonstrably unavailable for more than 50% of your paid period. Refunds are paid in the same cryptocurrency, minus network fees.

1. General principle

Feelia subscriptions are paid in cryptocurrency via CryptoCloud. Crypto transactions are confirmed on-chain and cannot be technically reversed. For this reason, we do not offer general "money-back" refunds.

2. When you are eligible for a refund

You may request a pro-rated refund if the Service was unavailable (downtime, broken core functionality) for more than 50% of cumulative time during your paid period, as measured by our infrastructure logs.

Example: a 30-day monthly subscription ($40) with 18 days of significant downtime → you are eligible for a refund covering 18 / 30 days = $24, paid in the same cryptocurrency you used, minus network fees of that chain.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] within 14 days of the end of the affected period.
  2. Include: your account email, the CryptoCloud order ID (visible in your billing receipt or the dashboard), the dates of the affected downtime, and the wallet address to receive the refund.
  3. We review within 5 business days and email a decision.
  4. If approved, the refund is paid in the same coin/network used for the original payment. Network fees of that chain are deducted.

5. Mistaken double payment

If you accidentally paid twice within the same billing period, we will refund the extra payment in full upon verification (no 50%-downtime requirement applies).

6. Cancellation

Feelia subscriptions do not auto-renew. You don't need to "cancel" — when your paid period ends, access automatically reverts to the free tier. You can delete your account anytime by emailing [email protected]; this does not trigger a refund of any unused time.

7. Chargebacks

Crypto payments don't have traditional chargeback mechanisms. Disputes are resolved between you and us directly per this Policy. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback claim with the payment provider after using the Service may result in account suspension.
